  • Institute of Infectious Diseases and Pathogenic Microbiology

    The Institute of Infectious Diseases and Pathogenic Microbiology (IIDPM) in Lithuania specializes in complex multistage preclinical studies of the efficacy of new antimicrobial drugs, the development of drug pharmacodynamic kinetics, and the evaluation of tissue effects in in vitro and in vivo systems. In cooperation with Lithuanian, European and US research and treatment institutions, the IIDPM team pays special attention to the research of multidrug-resistant microorganisms and the development and research of new antiviral drugs.
